DAY 1

I am finally here!!!! Not gonna lie, I shed a few tears when I looked out the plane window and saw the green and yellow fields and realized I'm at last in England. (To be honest it was an emotional plane ride - - I read Macbeth and Lady Macbeth's death really got to me - - thank goodness the guy next to me was asleep) Also, our pilot shaved an hour and a half off of the trip. I love people like that.

LOOK AT THIS CITY. I was smiling so big walking by myself lugging my big suitcase around. Nothing was going to get me down.

Not even when the wheel of my suitcase fell off. Nope, I kept smiling as I continued to drag this thing for a mile or so to the check in point and on to my flat.

Also the flat is so incredibly cute!!!
Becca S. and I  went to Trafalgar Square together for a little night time exploration.
Obligatory photo with the phone booth.
Obligatory photo with Big Ben.

Hahahahah he is under construction, but all is forgiven. We still got our pic. Also the tourist who took the pic was very dedicated in getting the right angle, so this picture must be shared. In the words of Becca S. "Well Big Ben, you can hide, but you can't run."
xoxo
